Square Internal Joiner 150-D (40mm)
Tube Clamp or Pipe Clamps for 40x40mm box section. Complies with B.S. EN1461. And are also known by the term key clamps.
An inline internal tube connector for joining two tubes of the same diameter. Fitting can only be used with 3.2mm wall thick tube. This fitting is not for high or tensile load applications.
Our tube clamps can be used to produce a wide range of handrails, furniture pieces, shop fittings, displays etc... By using square tube clamps you can beneift from a more unique design, which is much faster to assemble.
This clamp is suitable for our 40x40 box section available in galvanised steel finish or aluminium.

All clamps come with stainless steel grub screws fitted. If full tightened using a ratchet key to a torque of 4.1kg/m (29ft/lb), the grub screw is capable of withstanding an applied slipload of 900kg.
